Ensure for breakfast
For the past two weeks I've been on the go a lot, so I've just been downing a quick high protein ensure about an hour after taking my t4.
I remembered that its loaded with Vitamins and minerals (no iron, though!) and calcium is one of them, but I checked the ingredients list and its calcium caseinate. Does that have the same negative absorption affect as calcium carbonate?
Is it ok to keep taking this as breakfast 1 hour after? I do like that its quick, has a good nutritional profile (this variety has 25g protein, 210 calories, 2.5g fat, and only 5g Sugar), or will I all of a sudden fall back into super fatigue land because I'm now malabsorbing my synthroid?
