Is my 14x5mm nodule considered taller than wider or the opposite?

Not really sure what you mean by your question? That wouldn't be an uncommon nodule measurement if thats what your asking?

i meant 14 is the length or width ? how do they measure nodules? since 'taller than wider' is one of the criteria of maligancy?
