Hi, i have some worrying symptoms, please help if you have the time.

I used to be able to use tampons, but now cannot as they cause pain a few minutes after using them.
I have heavy periods, with pain in my lower pelvic area a few days before i start my period.
I have an urgency to wee, and must "go" quite frequently, although this has been with me for a number of years as i think i have a sensitive bladder and cannot take coffee or fruit juices.
Before my period starts i get some lower back pain, especially when lying down.
I don't want to have sex with my husband as i am afraid that it will do more damage, and it is uncomfortable.

I cannot get to see a woman doctor just yet, and am worried about the causes.
i saw a male doc last week, and he said i might have a fibroid but didn't do an exam, just put me on something to ease the pain.

I did have an accident in February, i fell VERY hard on my lower back, and broke my tailbone, don't know if this could be a factor.

Any support/ideas gratefully received.
