Scared s - Cancer: Uterine Message Board

I am so confussed and scared. I am 20 yrs old (21 in 2 months) and I have been having really long periods. I mean they are a full month, some days really light some days really heavy w/ massive clots, they stop for maybe 48 hours and then they start again for another month. I have been to one doctor about it and she just looked at me like I was crazy, but ran a few tests and the only thing she could tell me is I have thick uterus linning and I am anemic. I am very scared cause I am so young and from what my grandma told me most of the women in our family (Maternal Grandma's Maternal side) hasn't had this problem until after giving birth to at least one child and unless I miscarried I haven't even been pregnant. I am just looking for some answers so if anyone here has any suggestions to what it might be, good or bad, please tell me!

I got some information today from my doctor but I don't understand a word of it, if any of you understand it please tell me what it means

The uterus is 7.5cm in length by 4.4cm AP and 2.5cm transverely. The mymometriu appears normal. Marked diffuse thickening of the endomertium isnoted having a double wall thickness of 2.1cm Nabothian cycs are no at the uterine cervix. The right ovary measures 3.3 x2.4 x3 cm. While the left ovarymeasures 2.5 x 1.1 x 2.2cm.Small follicles are boted bitaterally but not dominant cysts or solid adnexal masses are evident. Maked diffuse thickening of the endomertrium is noted suggestion endometrial hyperplassia linical correlation is recommended. Otherwise negative
