well I must say that the same thing happend to me from April until about 3 weeks ago.
I was bleeding none stop for about 3 weeks, the same way you describe and then it would stop a few days and then again it would come back less heavy and then stop, ect...We are not the same age, I am only 28 and I had several tests done from May to end of July and was told I have PCOS. I was told to take Diane 35 and Metformin, 3 days after taking these drugs my period stopped totally, no need to wear a pad or anything incase of any surprise leaks. You should get a blood test, check ur blood. My count was so low, I am on some serious iron pills as well. I also did an ultra sound and a pelvis scan to check your ovaries. Good luck...
