richmond Newbie (female) Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: VA Posts: 1	Postmenopausal bleeding and endometrial cells on pap I had heavy postmenopausal bleeding...went to the gyn for a checkup...received a call that endometrial cells showed up on my pap. Will be having a biopsy and transvaginal ultrasound this week. Crazy question...but, should I be concerned or is this typical? Last edited by richmond; 04-21-2012 at 06:54 PM.
