Trouble diagnosing, maybe a blood cancer?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female and for 2 years I have been having health problems. It started out with a skin rash (looks like normal flat skin, just red), and slowly it started spreading all over my body. It comes and goes, by itself, there are no triggers... Over these two years I also developed other symptoms: unexplained and sudden weight loss (7kg), hair loss, breathlessness episodes (sometimes after coughing or sneezing), cough, enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and groin, strange and random bruising (no injury), bone pain, fatigue, low fever every day, frequent chills. In the blood tests throughout these two years the eosinophil count is always elevated as well as platelets. I had an MRI scan for my heart too and, unrelated, it showed that my thymus is enlarged. Tests ruled out parasites. I have been to many doctors and have ruled out autoimmune diseases, rheumatic diseases, heart disorders, endocrine disorders, infectious diseases. So now I do not know what to do and I am waiting for an appointment with my doctor who spoke about the possibility of this being a haematological disorder.

So I guess my question is, does this sound like a haematological problem? Despite my rbc and wbc counts being normal - is blood cancer still a possibility?

It could be a blood issue without it being cancer. I'm assuming you've also done full allergy testing for environmental and food?

Re: Trouble diagnosing, maybe a blood cancer?

I know all my allergies, yes, and I have been taking antihistamines but they did not help and there has been no change in my health problems, just stayed the same...

Re: Trouble diagnosing, maybe a blood cancer?

Could it be acquired Platelet Function Disorder? This could be from taking medications or eating foods that thin your blood. This I think could very likely be the reason for unexplained bruising.

Another contributing factor could be a lack of vitamin k in your diet. Vitamin K helps with blood clotting so that blood vessels don't get leaky.

Vitamin K comes from eating leafy greens.
