| Re: Reducing The Risk
There are quite a few ways to reduce your risk of getting cancer. I'm not a doctor or researcher, so I couldn't give you the statistics, but here are a few of the ones we should all know about:
1) No smoking - and avoid second hand smoke, too
2) Use sunscreen - care less about a tan and more about the risks from the sun
3) Eat 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables
4) Exercise 30 minutes a day
5) Fiber is important for your digestive's system's health
6) Stress is not supposed to be very good for you - it reduces your immune system - and your immune system fights off bad stuff.
I know there are some others - maybe other's here can help me out on some more of the mainstream ones?
