Question dysplasia in cell in bone marrow

I had a bone marrow biop. done yesterday because of low white red and grans and weight loss, preliminary testing showed dysplasia of cells. That was all the dr would say until he gets the rest of the test back next week. Does anybody know what this could be???

Re: dysplasia in cell in bone marrow

When looking up dysplasia in cells of marrow, I came up with this.....

Dysplasia: Abnormal cells that are not cancer.

and Dysplasia- alteration in the size, shape and organization of cells or tissues.

Nothing points to it being cancer. I'm not sure what it could be.
