concernedinSD Newbie Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota Posts: 4	skin discoloration I have a large patchy area from my lower back to my neck that is a brownish color and slightly itchy on my neck only. I am unsure what this might be so any guidance would be great.
