 New drug approved Non Hodgkins lymphoma
The FDA recently approved the drug Zevalin to treat Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients. Zevalin circulates through the body until it locates and binds with a protein found on the surface of specific cells. The injection delivers radiation to these and neighboring cells to damage only those sought out.
