I would see a doctor as soon as possible for two reasons:
1. You're only going to worry until you find out what it is.
2. It's conceivable it could be testicular cancer. This is a HIGHLY curable form of cancer if caught early. A cousin of mine had it about 15 years ago, and he's absolutely fine. He did have to have surgery, but he had his sperm frozen for future use in case he and his wife decided to have more children.
If you're sexually active, it's even possible it's some kind of STD. At any rate, worrying won't accomplish anything, so please go see a doctor soon.
