Unhappy cancer?
I am 19 years old and had smoked for 2 and half years(I quit 3 weeks ago). The sides of my tongue darkened up and turned almost gray. Could this be cancer? And also, i had a compulsive habit of picking my lips. Now there is a small tiny bump on my lip, could this be cancer?

See your doctor. A color change is usually not a healthy sign, especially in someone who is quite young.
