Hello,

I have this mole on the back side of my neck that's always been small and regular looking. It's grown a lot, it's almost the size of a pea and it appears to be filled with blood, it's red. I just moved to Las Vegas and there's a lot more sun here, I don't know if that has any relevance. I just turned 18 last week so maybe I'm to young for skin cancer? I just lost my medical coverage so I have to wait until I can't get new coverage before I go and see my docter; but if anyone thinks it might be skin cancer I think I'll go tomorrow. Even if you don't suspect it's cancer please reply and tell me what you do think. Thank you very much. Sincerly and with all hope.

you should have it checked. it could be what my dad used to call strawberries. I have a lot of them. my dr said they are from taking showers with too hot water. if it looks like its filled with blood thats exactly what these "strawberrie" look like. if it changes or starts to hurt you should go and get checked.

You are never too young to get skin cancer. My cousin had fought against malignant melanoma, and he lost the battle at the age of 21. It was caught too late. I would say if you are even slightly suspicious you should see a doctor.
