Any idea what this could be?
Lately I've had a number of symptoms that to me indicates something being wrong, but I've never been the type to go see a doctor unless it's absolutely necessery so I'm not quite sure if I should. However, this does make me wonder if it's worth checking up since it came on rather quickly, one symptom after another over a time frame of about 4-5 months, it's increasingly getting worse, and it just doesn't go away.
I've been having quite bad headaches every day, some days worse than others but it's always there, nosebleeds (nearly every day for the past 3 months), joint pain, back pain (especially around my left shoulder), shortness of breath, decreased appetite and some generalized flu-like symptoms, like constantly being tired, needing more sleep than usual, loss of muscle strength in especially my arms but also my legs, night sweats, fever chills etc. Some lymph nodes are slightly enlarged, and for the past week or two I seem to be getting small bruises for no reason. So my question is, does any of this sound like anything I should be worried about? If so, any ideas what it might be? I'm quite clueless as of now, so I'd appreciate any advice you could give me.
Thanks
