After doing some research on cancer treatments, I have learned about a treatment for cancer called Hyperthermia. It combines heat with low doses of radiation or chemotherepy. My mother has thyroid cancer that has spread to her esophagus (already posted in the topics). Has anyone heard of, have information about or perhaps know someone who has had this treatment? I know there is a clinic in Los Angeles (Vally Cancer Institute) that specializes in this.
