Hi all

The other day I noticed a ulcer looking patch at the back of my mouth.

I can feel it with my tounge and it bled easily which I stuck my finger in there and picked it but stop easily.

I also smoke (I knew I shouldn't do it, my older sister got me to smoke.)

It doesn't grow like a lump or tumour do.

I also sleep with my mouth open and wake up in the morning with a dry mouth.

Is a symptom of mouth cancer? If not, do you know what it could be?
