Hi Michelleygrl....it's very unlikely that the lump at the back of your head is cancer. It's probably either a swollen lymph gland, or a small pimple or boil...
You have to remember that if you had a brain tumour, you wouldn't be able to feel a lump on your head because your skull is there. Brain tumours are in the brain tissue itself, or at least around it...you can't feel it through the skull.
Secondly, symptoms of a brain tumour are dependent on where the tumour is in your brain. Usually you'll get headaches which are described as "the worst headache of your life", with things like visual disturbances, problems speaking, trouble swallowing, paralysis of an eye, nausea, vomiting etc. etc. etc...all things that are involved with inhibition of brain function.
