Does cancer always have to come from a mole on the skin ?

Or can a dark spot just show up that is perfectly flat I mean not even above my normal skin, is this cancer maybe ?

Or is that normal for a dark spot to show up on your penis ?

A dark spot showing up on the penis is not normal, it could be Erythroplasia of Querat--go and get it checked out as soon as possible.

....also, if something is skin cancer, it doesn't have to come from a mole. Skin cancer is normally characterized by asymmetry, irregular borders, variegated colour and a diameter larger than 5mm...it can also eventually become tender, ulcerated and bleeding. Early on, though, it's not like that....check it out, especially if it's on your penis.

Yes I am Circumsed I looked up the Erythroplasia of Querat, and it looks nothing like that at all. It hasnt itched bleed been tender etc...

I have a freckle that is not perfectly round on the end of my ****. It has been there for as long as I know. It didnt just show up out of nowhere. . .Do I have anything to worry about?

I need to stop reading these boards since Im a damned hypochondriac or however you spell that.
