Hi Dooery,
Let me first say searching the internet for symptoms and diagnosing yourself or others is a bad idea. Most symptoms will bring up cancer on an internet search. My first thought was celiac disease. What brings you to believe she has myeloma? What was she given a bone marrow aspiration for? What have the changes been in the 3-4 years since then? I do know that recurrent upper respiratory infections are a symptom of myeloma but its also symptoms of other things. If her situation worsens I would find a specialist that would see her sooner. A hematologist would be the first place I would go. You may want to post this on the Blood Disorder section too. They may put her on iron supplements while they investigate the underlying cause. I do know that around 10 percent of 3-4 year olds are deficient in iron. In younger patients a poor diet is usually the cause, but you did mention she did not have a poor diet. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help but good luck to you and your daughter. Keep us updated.
