As a guy that's been plagued with cysts and infections down that region for many, many years, I can assure you that you've nothing whatsoever to be embarrassed about. They've seen it all, yes, even the female doctors.
I went to the doctors, with a lump on my right tube, next to the testicle, at the age of 16 and was so overwhelmed by embarrassment that I nearly never went. I went, got sent for a US imagining and it was all over and done with in the space of a couple of minutes. I've been 3 times since with regard to cysts and I'd rather whip them out than keep them in if it meant it would save my life. Hell, I'd allow my grandmother to inspect them if it meant it would save my life.
On the flip side of the coin, my mate waited 18 months before seeking medical help because he was too embarrassed to let his doctor feel a lump on his testicle, he's now dead. It had spread to his liver, lungs, bowels, etc, etc.... If he had went 18 months earlier he'd have been alive today, albeit with a testicle less, but that's a very, very small price to pay when you consider the alternatives.
Embarrassment and ignorance are the biggest killers when it comes to this type of cancer and not the cancer itself. Testicular cancer if caught early is one of the easiest cancers to treat, at least give yourself some hope mate, seek medical attention. i can guarantee you one thing, it won't disapear on its own and if it does turn out to be TC then you're doing more damage than good.
i'm sorry to sound so harsh, but i really do feel strongly about this.
