I have 3 what seem to be lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. everyone has these in their neck, under their arms, legs, everywhere. What is bothering me though, is that I have 3 of them on the left upper side of my neck, and none that I can feel on my right side. I have them on my right side, but no where near where they are located on my left side. When I put my hands on both sides and feel on the same place on each side I have 3 of them on the left side and none on the right.

The thing that bothers me is I don't have them on my other side in the same place as my left side of my neck, which is usually a bad sign. There is no pain when I press though, which I guess is a good sign.

Anyway to tell wether or not its cancer or cancerous without seeing a doctor? I don't have insurance or the money to go get checked.

There is no way to tell for certain unless you get a biopsy or tests done on them. Sorry. Good luck though. Money should never be an issue if you are concerned that it is cancer. Better to catch it early for a greater chance of success.
