 sister with lung cysts
hi, maybe someone could give me some insight please, My sister has (air- filled) cysts in both of her lungs which caused her to have a spontaneous pnuemothorax of the right lung. on monday last they operated and were supposed to repair the lung and remove the cysts.well they only did the right lung, repaired the tear but took out a piece of her lung, no one seems to know how much or why because my sister has not been asking any questions.she came home from the hospital today and has to go back to see the surgical oncologist next thursday,I am assuming that they are doing a biopsy on the piece of lung they removed, but again no one seems to be saying anything.I am worried sick but cannot find anything out.does anyone have any thoughts about this, good or bad............thank you for your time...Tayreb
