Iv had a mole on the nose, on my outer nostril since childhood. It had always been a black spot. not too big. but now it has become 3D. its like a ball sticking on my nostril. still not very big in size.

Should i be worried? I havent seen a doc / dermatologist about this.

Not certain whether or not you should be worried. Some childhood moles do just get bigger as we grow. But obviously, you should have this checked out by a dermatologist. Even if it isn't cancerous, which it very well may not be, if it's growing, you might want to have it removed before it gets so big that removing it would leave a huge scar.

any mole or anything else on the body that displays changes should always be checked out. whether the change is in size, texture, or color calls for an appointment with the dermatologist. you should definately have it looked at, and if you decide to get it removed you will be at the right place. there are different skin growths some do have cause for concern so they should be removed, others are harmless but are removed for cosmetic reasons.
