Question Lower abdominal pain both sides. ovarian cyst/cancer? any advice?

Hi guys, first of all I am aware that anyone who may reply cannot diagnose me. I am simply looking for advice on what may be the cause of my pain or advice from someone who has experienced similar; but has been diagnosed. Since May this year I have been getting pain in my lower abdomen which feels like pain in my right ovary. I also had 2 periods in May, a 2 week early period in June and a 2 week early period in October. In July I visited the doctor explaining the pain I had been having, she examined my abdomen with her hands and then asked me for a urine sample which I was unable to give, so she gave me antibiotics for a suspected urine infection and told me to come back after the 3 day course if I was still experiencing pain. After the 3 day course the pain still remained so I made another appointment for the doctor. This time they took a urine sample from me, telling me it would be tested for chlamydia. If the test came back negative I was told to come back. The test results came back normal and negative for chlamydia. Since then I have not been back. However I am still experiencing the same pain. During my period I have been having extremely bad cramp. I have always been able to feel when I am ovulating because I usually have pain in my ovary 1 week before my periods began. However, now the pain in my abdomen is almost everyday and feels the same as ovulation pain. I have also been having pain in my groin, top of my thigh and lower back. Sometimes the pain is constant and other times its sudden sharp pains. I constantly feel tired and fatigued too. I have not yet been back to the doctors because I am afraid I am being a hypochondriac but at the same time I feel I should get it checked. Recently I been getting the same pain on my left side and pain when I urinate similar to that of a urine infection. The pain in my adomen sometimes feel like my abdomen is small but being stretched causing a tight feeling. If anyone has any idea what the reason could be for this pain or any advice on whether I should be worrying about it or not, would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Re: Lower abdominal pain both sides. ovarian cyst/cancer? any advice?

I would ask for an ultrasound of my ab area and a vaginal ultrasound. Could be fibroids or a cyst. I would think the dr would order that. Let us know
