Kidney cancer hereditary question

How much more risk do I have of kidney cancer since my father and brother both had to have kidney's removed due to cancer. My brother ( whos much older then I...50s, im 29) took my dads med records to his doc who said they were unrelated?? But still said my other sibling (50+ male) should get checked out.

Note: My brothers affected kidney was opposite my fathers.
