Treatment Decision, leaning to Surgery
I was diagnosed in 2007 with low level cancer in one of 12 cores Gleason 6 and decided on Active Survelliance. My PSA started going up and I had another biopsy. This time the Gleason is 7 (3-4) and it is recommended I take action.
My urologist and second opinion person are both surgeons and I am 90% sold but not 100% that this is my best course of action. I am 64 yerars old and otherwise in good health.
Is there anyone out there that has recently had radical prostatectomy open surgery and can they tell me what to expect.
