| question about infant and cancer...
My friends child is 14 months old and she has been in the 5th percentile and weight for a long time. (she is only 16 pounds and 24 inches tall for 14 months old). She has had gastro problems but ruled out celiacs disease and other possible issues.
her bloodwork came back today and she has high wbc, high platelets, high lymphs, and high monocytes. her cbc went up by 3,000 last week and her platelets doubled.
She has had rashes here and there and fevers. What could this be?
