Hi guys, it's been a long time since I posted anything here. I've done my fair share of antibiotics, and treatments, and have finally felt well again for a couple months now. As a result of all the antibiotics I developed a lot of candida related symptoms (which go hand in hand with lyme symptoms).

Anyway, after lots of research I started a pretty strict candida diet combined with some candida remedies to kill off some of this fungus. I can't tell you help much this has helped me physically and mentally. I would highly suggest that anyone else on antibiotics learn about the effects of candida on your body. I would also suggest this to anyone with lyme in general since many of the symptoms are so similar: joint pains, rashes, fatigue, etc.

I am in no way telling anyone to stop pursuing their lyme treatment or to stop taking antibiotics, but it could only help you to add a couple weeks of candida treatment. You will be amazed as to how much of a positive effect it will have on your body. I am not posting any links or selling anything, just want to help others who have been in my position.

Thanks.... I am pretty sure that all LLMDs are very strick about making sure we consume enought acidolophus in our diets. I know mine is.

I personally take 20 billion a day and so far have not had any candida problems (yet). I am on my week 4 of my first treatment ever for lyme.

Beachguy, It would be very helpful if you could list some of your yeast reducing protocol on the website. I am at that point where I need it now. Had lymes, mercury toxicity and now have to reduce yeast and parasites. Please tell us everything that you can or where to get the information.
