| Re: Candida overgrowth - can it be diagnosed as Fibromyalgia?
Lyn,
It's very comman to find candida overgrowth in most anyone anymore because of the "typical american diet". It certainly affects the way you feel. I just came back from a clinic that specializes in fibro and the M.D. there said that they have found that most everyone coming in with fibro has an underlying virus or bacteria or both root problem. This is not the info your going to find out from most docs. They took 16 vials of blood from me and are doing some very extensive tests. I should know the results in 2-3 wks. Then they work with your specific problem to help you do better. I think that's why so many people never get better because they never get to the root of the problem. I have taken really good care of myself. I eat organic, eat a low sugar diet, and take great supplements and still I wasn't getting better. i have learned that because we all have fibro symptoms doesn't mean we all have the same thing. That's why I think some people do better than other's. It's a very frustrating experience.
