Candida diet question

(Forgive me if this has been addressed before. I tried to do a search but didn't really find an answer to my question)

For those who have been on a Candida diet or have extensively researched it, does anyone know what foods are safe to have? If it's too long/complicated to write, you can just recommend a book or something to type in a search engine

I've done a search and found what you should eliminate, but just need a list of foods that are okay to have (for some reason it's more complicated for me to see categories of foodsh you can't ave and then try to determine what you can have).

Thanks

Re: Candida diet question

Hi Woodahs ! I have been on anti-candida diet for about 3 weeks and have noticed some improvement. I hope the following list that I found from the net may be helpful. Following are the things that you CAN eat. I am simply cutting and pasting the stuff over here.

Yeast Elimination Diet: Adapted from Trowbridge, John Parks, MD: The Yeast Syndrome, Bantam Books, 1986 by Miryam Williamson*

Feel free to ******** and print this food list, as long as you don't sell it.

Note: The first phase of this diet is designed to starve the yeast in your body. You may need to stay on it for two months or more.* You can eat as much as you wish as long as you choose from the Phase 1 list.

When you are satisfied that you have eliminated yeast overgrowth -- that is, when you have had no symptoms for at least a week or 10 days -- add foods in the second phase. Wait a week or two.* If no symptoms reappear, move on to the third phase, and then to the fourth. If symptoms appear at any point, go back to Phase One and start over.
