liltreasures Newbie Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: No. Calif. Posts: 1	Develop. Disabled Son Candidate for Surgery My son is 12 years old and developmentally disabled. The testing confirmed he is definitely a candidate for right temporal lobectomy. Here's my question: The doctor said that the success rate to be seizure free is only 50% in develop. delayed patients. Anybody know anything about this? Thanks.
