| Candida question.. help please!?
I think I have systemic candida.
My question: Is it fine to use anti-candida products, and probiotics, in the same day? Wouldn't the anti-candida products also destroy the good bacteria in the gut, which would essentially waste the probiotic supplement?
For right now I'm just trying a "liberal" Candida diet (whole grain wheat, oats, some fruits allowed) and taking one probiotic capsule per day.
I won't be taking any prescription drugs to treat this problem. Anyone have any suggestions for good candida cleansers that you can get OTC?
