I have spent many hours on the net and done much research,there seems to be an awful lot of cures for candida all with glowing testimonials,were to start, well I thought why not here , surely there are people here who have tried some of the cures available on the net, so does anyone know anything about Sarah Summer and her e-book about a cure for candida,any feedback welcome

Yes, there are so many things you can do at home. I bought an herbal kit that I will start soon. Foods and herbs are the real cures. Good luck!

Thankyou for reply I'm trying something off the net which I wont mention till there is something to report, I dont want to jinx myself by babbling on about something only to have to creep back and say ho hum.I just got amessage suggesting that oil is a big help as candida cannot thrive in oil, I hear a lot about cocanut oil so I will get some today silverfruit
