Hey all,

Let me give you some brief info on my situation.

I'm 23 y/o. Lately, I notice that my hairline MAY be receding. I've always had a big forehead as a child. However, lately, I notice more hair falling out. The hairline is particularly itchy and my scalp has build up along with some dandruff.

I've used T-Gel before and it has worked. But I'm looking for something else now since I notice that I'm losing more hair. Whatever the reason for the hairloss (MPB, stress, etc)... I want to stop it and possibly regrow some.

I did some research (both on this site and others). Many people seem to suggest the use of Nioxin and Nizoral on an alternating basis.

Here is what I plan on doing...

Nioxin system 2 scalp cleanser
Nizoral 1% shampoo

I'll use them every other day. Possibly stop the Nizoral after 2 weeks use.

Any suggestions or recommendations before I go buy it? What about the other scalp treatment products from Nioxin? Are those necessary?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
