Candida albicans is your bodies natural yeast, when your immune system is down, you can produce a overgrowth of yeast which can lead to viral or bacteria infections, but Herpes is a virus that is not in your body until you are exposed or come into contact via, sex or kissing, skin to skin contact with an infected area, there is always a chance when you have a viral infection or bacteria infection your immune system makes you more at risk for exposure to other infections, but NO , herpes is an independent virus and even thought there is no cure, it is treatable and you can live a normal life and all that goes with it......but you have it for LIFE...
