I drink kefir daily made commercially with cows milk. Its taste is very different from home made kefir. And, I have never made it with whole milk or goats milk.
I think KEFIR is a very healthy food that is loaded with many different probiotic strains.
I could not prove that it controls candida problems but it certainly would not do any harm-- I suggest that you continue drinking it for better health. Also, if you get a chance --have it made with goats milk since there were no cows around in Moses's time.
I wish you well---Harry
I love Goats milk and goats cheese, so will give it a try.
In actual fact I love goats as an animal, facinating creatures. They roam wild in the mountains where I live.
Your story was also interesting.
