dose anyone have an idea on where i can get a used wheelchair for cheap. It is needed for my twin sister who's chair just broke and will cost $3,000 to repair. Needed really soon.

you might ask at a medical supply rental place if they ever sell any of their equipment.

There are Cancer Thrift stores that help people get equipment too, and I am not sure if one has to have cancer. I don't think so.
Ask at a children's hospital, or the Lion's or Rotary clubs.

I didn't notice that you are in Canada. Maybe there are medical charities there that can help you find a decent priced wheelchair.
