My sister hasn't taken her meds in a week.
 

My 34 year old sister lives with our father. She is bi-polar/manic depressive. A nurse comes every morning to give her her meds.

She hasn't been home since Tuesday 12/2, so she hasn't taken her meds. Hasn't called anyone.

She is on disability for the mental illness. We figure she got her check and is at her ex-boyfriends, who is addicted to crack cocaine.

I don't know what to do. Can I call the police? Can I call the police on the ex-boyfriend for taking advantage of a mentaly ill person?

Any help or insight you have on this is much appreciated!
