hydrocodone/apap
What is the difference hydrocodone/apap 5mg/325mg generic for norco, and hydrocodone/apap 5mg/500mg generic for vicodin? Is it just the strength as they both are hydrocodone/apap? It is very confusing to me.

It's the amount of acetaminiphren that is in them. 5/325 has 325 mg. of Tylenol in it. 5/500 has 500mg tylenol in it. The front number is the narcotic and the back is the acetaminiphren.
