I of course have CTS, but my problem is mainly in my wrist and lately in the upper part of my arm from the shoulder blade to the elbow. It doesn't hurt all the way up just at my wrist and at my arm area. Any feed back would be great.

You could have nerve entrapment at the brachial plexas area and that would cause the symptoms from the shoulder to the elbow. The wrist usually indicates entrapment at the wrist but not always.
