Hello my name is Monica and I am 19 years old. Now that i have DSL (for the past 5 months) every week i spend even more and more time on the computer and since 3 months ago the pain started in my right wrist.. and now the pain is even more and more intense. especially today.. it is soo painfull.. i feel like it is tickleish too.. like if inside my wrist there was a flow of something. i really don't know a lot about this sindrome but im scared because the only posts i see in this forum is about surgery!!! also i've develop a really strong back pain (if i sit for more than 15 min .. in the computer, car, movies..) maybe it comes from sitting to much in front of the computer.. i spend around 4-9 hours daily in the computer and this increases over the time.. 5 month ago it was lik 2 hours a day! can you help me guys? i would really appreciate all the help i can get.
