I found it at a health food store. the one place i did NOT find it was in the health food area of Fred Meyer which really suprised me. just keep searching, eventually you'll find it. I've been trying applying it to my wrists and rubbing it in to see if it will help reduce pain. no luck yet, but i'll keep trying for a while.
today i spent about an hour trying to find a neurologist that will accept L&I cases. if I see one that does not accept it then i have to pay out of pocket- the average price seems to be $275 for the initial visit

I noticed that you live in Washington state too. at this point i'm ready to try accupuncture or anything that will reduce the pain and allow me to do normal everyday living activities. just dealing with my employer and their insurance company has given me anxiety attacks and depression, non of which is being covered by my employer yet. it's going to take a lawyer to get reimbursed for all that. this friday i'm seeing a pain management person but he doesn't do the full program, for that i'd have to drive to Seattle. am still waiting for my employer to approve aa neurologist and pain management clinic. since my dr disagrees with the independant medical examiners (that "exam" was a complete joke! I was basically told to shut up and that he was in charge).
