I process hospital claims and have been experiencing thumb pain radiating down my wrist and arm. Is this the onset of carpel tunnel sydrome. I've got the ergonomically designed chair and keyboard pad but a lot of my work is repetitive and hard to control the space bar;return keys. Are there excercises for this that can strengthen the hand?
