Probably any of the above you mentioned as long as they are speciaizing in hands or have done a lot of carpal tunnel releases with minimal complications.
If possible, ask around to find out who has had the best luck with which drs. ( the ones with the longer waiting list, probably are more in demand?) If you know some nurses that work in those areas, they would be good to ask.
( of course, I didn't do what I am suggesting, before my Feb surgery....only after the surgery when I had complications)
