| carpel tunnel? what do i do
Well this has been a problem of mine for awhile. I've been to dr.s and had a carpel tunnel test, xrays, ect. And evertyhigns fine. But it feels like my viens or muscles are tighting up below my wrist *close to my elbow*. It feels horrible. Causes my wrist to hurt and pop. It comes and goes. Its really spontanious. I do alot of computer work, basketball, ect. Right now im battiling lyme disease aswell. What should i do? Lift wieghts to strengthin it? If i just let it rest it gets really tight and feels worse.
