I have had tennis elbow in both arms. I have been dealing with this for a couple of years. I've tried bands on my arm, physical therapy and I've had 5 cortisone shots - 3 in one arm and 2 in the other. I'm now being sent for another round of PT. The dr. I've been seeing told me I can either come in every time it flares up for shots - 2 to 3 every 6 months or just live with the pain. I only go when it gets unbearable. I have a high tolerance for pain - but I need my arms to do even the simplest things - like pick up a gallon of milk. He says the surgery is risky. Any surgery is risky. Has anyone had the surgery and what kind of relief does it give you? Thanks for any input. Beebs
