Just Diagnosed
Hi, I was just diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel in my right wrist. I was given a wrist brace to wear at night. However, it is a generic brace (it was free) and it doesn't seem to be very effective. What is the best brace that I can buy for Carpal Tunnel? What brand/ design works the best for relief? Thanks.

There are many brands and prices. As long as the brace keeps your wrist straight overnight and you feel you cnsleep in it, that's what counts. Mine are old and have stiff plastic inserts that can come out so the splint can be washed. Mine also fold flat and have velcro closures.
