Talking Natural Ways to Help Carpal Tunnel?

I know I have Carpal Tunnel, known since I was around 16 (play the violin, always on the computer typing, and painting or cleaning). It was bound to happen. However lately (especially at night) my hand and wrist are going completely number and they hurt (right hand only so far). Also with this pain which goes on a bit throughout the day as well, there is a lot of back pain which seems right under my right shoulder blade in one spot. Could a disk be pinching a nerve along with this carpal tunnel? I just need to know if there are any ways to help prevent this without surgery. Any ideas are welcome thank you.

Thanks,
Liz

Re: Natural Ways to Help Carpal Tunnel?

Liz,

The best natural cream that I ever used is Topricin. It is an Anti- Inflammatory Pain Relief and Healing Cream.

It was developed in 1994 by a
man that had Carpel Tunnel Synhrome in both wrists and could could not sleep more that 3 hours nightly with waking up with pain. He priously had 3-surgeries with no relief.

I bought 2 tubes several years ago for Arthritis and neck pain and was blown way by it's effectiveness and have not been without since. It is odorless as well as stainless.

I buy it for less online.
My wife also uses it.

I wish you well---Harry

Re: Natural Ways to Help Carpal Tunnel?

Hi, I have suffered with carpel tunnel for yrs also. Just had blood test done and recieved them back today showing i have very low b12 and folate in my system. Been advised that b12 injection will be administered and this will help.

The symptoms for b12 defi'cy is numbness in arms hands and feet, lack of concentration, joint pains, forgetfullness, confusion, visual disturbance and many more......
have you had a blood test to eliminate this? just a thought as i know u wish to avoid surgery!

My father had his surgery on both hands many years back which did help his carpel tunnel x

Good luck x
