cortisone injection to diagnose carpal tunnel
Hey guys if you’ve been having carpal tunnel for months and if you have a cortisone injection in both wrist and the numbness goes away does that mean you have carpal tunnel?

Hi welcome to the boards! According to what I have read it might. I would not overuse the hands and rest a bit, keep them warm and eat things that are good anti-inflammatory foods, those with vitamin B-6 and maybe vitamin B-12 (not the synthetic types) and maybe some with phytosterols in them such as the brassica cole crops. sjb
